Anand has total experience of 27 years, including over 10 years as CFO / Controller of large corporations. Prior to Air Works, he served as Vice President-Finance in Moser Baer, as Senior VP and Global Controller in Genpact and as Head of Finance in Canon India. He has significant experience in setting up green field projects, and global financial systems and processes. Anand is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ravi has been associated with the company for 45 years and has managed the company's affairs through its developing stages. As a fellow of the Aeronautical Society of India, he has been actively involved in the Indian aviation industry, working closely with industry bodies and regulatory agencies to improve MRO infrastructure in India. Ravi is an active member of the FICCI civil aviation committee, a licensed AME and holds a private pilot's license.

Alok is the founder and Chairman of Acumen Aviation. Alok started his career as an aircraft engineer with Jet Airways, moved to Air Deccan and rapidly rose to lead the Maintenance Control Team for the airline. He then transitioned into an entrepreneur and founded Acumen Aviation in 2008.

As the head of SA Air Works, Ajay spearheads the Avionics business for the Air Works Group. Highly experienced in both Civil and Defense markets, he holds more than 25 years of collective experience across Sales, Business Development, Strategy and General Management. His Technical and Commercial expertise stretches across multiple business streams spanning satellite, radio, fibre-broadband transmission, Electronic Warfare, Combat systems, IT and Aerospace. Prior to joining SA Air Works, Ajay served at Collins Aerospace, Tata Communications and HCL Infosystems in various capacities.

Gaurav has worked with leading B2B and B2C brands such as Ericsson, Aricent (now Altran), Edelman, Jet Airways and United Colors of Benetton. He brings over two decades of 360° experience in defining strategy and tactical programs across Communications, Marketing & Brand Management that enhance trust, grow corporate reputation, improve stakeholder engagement and employee connect.

As the Chief Sales Officer, Mangesh leads the business development portfolio at Air Works for Airline and Defense Sales. He is an extremely skilled, versatile and an affable industry professional with over three decades of hardcore aviation experience, including over 20 years with the Indian Air Force (IAF), where in his last role, he was the Commanding Officer, Ground Navigation Aids MRO.

Prior to joining Air Works, Mangesh was a Planning Manager at SpiceJet, where he managed the scheduled fleet maintenance for the airline’s fleet of B-737NG & Q-400s and oversaw quality, maintenance training and budgets. He is an expert negotiator, a gifted communicator and excellent at client relationships, having repeatedly produced strong growth with sustained revenue while implementing Air Works’ strategic vision, in synergy with its objectives.

Ram is a resourceful IT leader with significant capability and over 20 years of experience in Technology Management and Operations. He spearheads the Information Technology function at Air Works and support the growth and digital initiatives of the company, through his out of box thinking and innovation. Prior to joining Air Works in 2014, Ram was Head-IT & CISO for Orbis Financial Corporation Limited.

Prarthana heads the Human Resources function at Air Works, and has been instrumental in setting up policies and processes and a recruitment engine supporting the company's rapid growth. Prior to joining Air Works in 2009, she worked with the Essar Group. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.

As the General Manager for Business Development, Hassan Hamad al-Fadhli represents Air Works MRO business [Commercial, Defense, and Business Aviation MRO Services] in international markets, including the Middle East and Africa.

Hassan is a seasoned and passionate aviation engineer with over four decades of maintenance experience with one of the world’s favourite airline as well as the Qatar Emiri Air Force. His exceptional MRO domain knowledge across Civil and Military aviation, together with his warm and endearing nature, positions him uniquely to advance Air Works brand perception and relationships in global markets, for business growth. In fact, his presence has cemented the company’s positioning in the Middle East & Africa region as a reliable and highly responsive provider of aviation and MRO services, with global benchmarks.

With over three decades of experience in Sales and Marketing with leading aviation and cargo companies, Vishwjeet Thanik is the Head for Business Aviation MRO Services at Air Works, responsible for developing and executing the division’s Sales strategy, cultivating client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth.

Prior to Air Works, Vishwjeet was VP and Head of Global Sales with Spice Express. During his professional journey, he has delivered important assignments with Lufthansa, Oman Air, and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. Vishwjeet is also the proud recipient of prestigious Lufthansa cargo OSCAR award, in the individual category achievement for Asia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Delhi University and an MBA in General Management from Emeritus.
