With modest beginnings in 1951, Air Works is today India’s biggest independent, integrated aviation services Group offering a comprehensive and well-diversified suite of services and solutions for every segment including lessors and asset owners, institutions, and operators in the area of Commercial and Business and Executive aviation.

Over the years, the Group has been closely engaged with Asset owners such as lessors and institutions including private and Government ones, as well as State Governments, who own aviation assets. Lessor relationships, especially in Commercial Aviation have only strengthened since 2015, when Air Works took a strategic stake in Acumen Aviation making it a part of the Group.

Today, the Group leveraging its entire technical and commercial expertise, is a one-stop shop for lessors and asset owners, that provides end-to-end aircraft life-cycle management services, addressing their key requirement of preserving the value of their aircraft assets.

This comprises all aspects of technical asset management, right from physical inspections to maintenance oversight, records management to quality audits, management of lease returns and end-of-life asset management. Throughout the lease, Air Works’ teams work directly with the aircraft operator to monitor and ensure that the aircraft and engines are being maintained in accordance with the terms of lease agreement and industry practices such as airframe and engine maintenance activities, applicable airworthiness directives, and major maintenance activities.

In addition, Air Works also performs aircraft inspection and records audit to establish the condition of the airframe, engines, paint, avionics and interiors, which helps owners to remain continuously updated on the health of their asset.

Air Works provide comprehensive or integrated maintenance services for more than 50 aircraft types that range from single/ twin-engined rotary wing aircraft (helicopters) to turboprops and large business jets, maintaining international standards of safety, quality, reliability and consistency.
