Air Works operates 5 hangars at three strategically located, state-of-the-art Base maintenance facilities in India at Hosur (Tamil Nadu), Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Kochi (Kerala). The hangars in Mumbai and Kochi are located at the international airport itself. Together, our DGCA and EASA certified facilities can accommodate as many as 6 Narrow body aircraft or more than 15 Executive jets simultaneously.

Our base facilities are equipped to undertake comprehensive checks including C checks covering the entire MPD scopes, for not just widely deployed commercial aircraft platforms such as Boeing 737NG, Airbus 320 CEO/NEO family, and ATR 42/72 aircraft, but also for a range of Business and Executive jets including Rotary wing aircraft, supporting leading OEMs such as Bombardier, Learjet, Dassault Aviation, Embraer, Gulfstream, Textron Aviation, Bell, Leonardo and Airbus, as part of our MRO services for Business Aviation. In fact, Air Works is the only OEM Approved Center for Bell and Leonardo Helicopters in the ASEAN region.

Together with expert resources who hold multiple endorsements and possess decades of experience in aircraft maintenance, Air Works holds maintenance approvals from EASA and DGCA, as well as several certifications from the Middle East and South East Asian aviation authorities, enabling it to undertake heavy maintenance work for overseas registered aircraft. Air Works is also certified by CEMILAC and DGAQA to undertake maintenance work for defense services and establishments in India, on behalf of OEMs if needed, for airframe MRO, painting, Cabin modifications and interiors, Structures modification, and avionics modifications, offering significant flexibility and cost savings to customers.
