D. Anand Bhaskar
Managing Director & CEOAnand has total experience of 27 years, including over 10 years as CFO / Controller of large corporations. Prior to Air Works, he served as Vice President-Finance in Moser Baer, as Senior VP and Global Controller in Genpact and as Head of Finance in Canon India. He has significant experience in setting up green field projects, and global financial systems and processes. Anand is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Michael P. Schulhof
Nominee DirectorMichael is the CEO and General Partner of the GTI Group. Previously, he was the President and CEO of Sony America and Sony Media & Entertainment. He currently serves on the boards of several companies and charitable organizations including the Brookings Institution and the NYU Medical Center. Michael is a recipient of the Chevalier de la Legion D'Honneur, France. He has served on the Board of Air Works since February, 2009.
Tarun Sharma
Nominee DirectorTarun is Managing Partner at MegaDelta Capital Advisors LLP and brings in 18 years of work experience in principal investing in India and globally. He currently serves on the boards of companies such as Intelligence Node, Panacea Medical Technologies, Nova Fertility and FirstCry.com. Prior to MegaDelta Capital, Tarun formed the core investment advisory team for NEA India, leading investments across consumer, healthcare and technology companies. Previously, Tarun worked at Goldman Sachs International based out of their London offices. Tarun received an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India and earned his B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi, India.
Ravi S. Menon
DirectorRavi has been associated with the company for 45 years and has managed the company's affairs through its developing stages. As a fellow of the Aeronautical Society of India, he has been actively involved in the Indian aviation industry, working closely with industry bodies and regulatory agencies to improve MRO infrastructure in India. Ravi is an active member of the FICCI civil aviation committee, a licensed AME and holds a private pilot's license.
Lt. Gen. A K Singh (Retd.)
Independent DirectorLt. General A K Singh, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM (Retd.) the erstwhile Lt Governor of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Puducherry, Ex GOC in C Southern Command is one of the few officers to have trained with both the NATO & Warsaw Pact at the height of Cold War. Known for his high integrity and professionalism, the General is looked upon as a role model by large numbers in the Armed Forces. He has been a member of Prime Minister's Team India, as also a member of the National Development Council and Inter State Council. His book "Military Strategy for India in the 21st Century" has been published in 2019.
Dr. Haseeb A. Drabu
Independent DirectorDr. Haseeb A. Drabu is a noted economist, columnist, banker and a policy maker. He has been an advisor to several institutions and corporates on issues such as macro and monetary policy, banking and finance operations, fund management, corporate investment, and governance advisory. He has worked as a lawmaker and a policy planner and in his most recent engagement until March 2018, he was the Finance Minister of the State of Jammu & Kashmir (now a Union Territory). Dr. Drabu has also been the Chairman and Chief Executive of the J&K Bank Ltd. A respected columnist, he has been writing on economic issues for over three decades and has been involved with economics and policy making in India with the Tenth Finance Commission, Economic Advisory Council of the Prime Minister and the Planning Commission of India.
