Executive – Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients or customers.
• Devise new strategies that increase business value.
• Respond to customer queries and address complaints.
• Liaison with team members to generate and present revenue reports.
• Provide superior customer service by making information instantly available.
Qualifications
• Candidate must have a Diploma/ Graduate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering/ Aeronautical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales and marketing
• Leverage systems and process to accelerate maintenance, ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures and quality systems.
• Prior airline and/or MRO-related experience preferred.
Skills Required
• Candidate must possess a strong technical background.
• Team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment, result-orientation, and attention to detail.
• Possess sufficient knowledge and understanding of Business Aviation (General aviation) maintenance planning, forecasting, and packaging.
