Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all maintenance undertaken at Air Works Business Aviation facilities is correctly certified and that records of maintenance carried out are retained safely and securely.
• Plan and prepare production materials for Heavy Maintenance inductions in parallel with the Evaluation process.
• Ensure availability of manpower and tools as per business requirements.
• Liaison with customers, Stores, and the Operations team on induction-related matters, being undertaken in the hangar and as per regulation.
• Ensure supply of material, equipment, and services in an efficient and economical manner to support Maintenance and Spares distribution activities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Diploma/ Graduate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Aeronautical engineering.
• Applicant must possess minimum of 10-15 years of work experience in a 145 Planning Dept.
• Prior airline and/or MRO-related experience preferred.
• Able to leverage systems and processes to accelerate maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and Quality systems.

Skills Required

• Candidate must have a strong technical background and possess deep understanding of a CAR-145 organization.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed, result-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Possess sufficient knowledge and understanding of Business Aviation (General aviation) maintenance planning, forecasting, and packaging.
