Manager/ Sr. Manager – Supply Chain (Part Sales)
Role and Responsibilities
- Support Business Aviation operations specific to procurement and logistics activities for customers/ operators.
- Manage Part clearance – including responding to queries from Customs, and handling Freight Forwarders etc.
- Handle major projects inclusive but not limited to Avionics Modifications, Aircraft painting, Landing Gear, and Propeller overhaul etc.
- Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure return of core units, indents raised by Planning, alternate parts nos. if applicable, major checks etc.
- Boost the sale of aircraft parts, by developing and implement strategies including establishing an industry network.
- Track market trends including competitive activity and industry regulations.
- Adept in using portals of various Business Aviation OEMs (Textron, Embraer, Gulfstream, Honeywell, Williams etc.).
- Prepare and share part sales proposals and contracts with internal Sales & Commercial teams.
- Maintain accurate record of sales, contracts, and required customer information.
- Offer post-sales support and handle customer complaints and concerns.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering (any stream)/ Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering**
- Minimum experience of 7-10 years in Supply Chain, esp. in Technical Procurement, with knowledge of logistics, Customs, and relevant taxation rules/ policies.
- Experienced in working with ERP packages and conversant with aircraft documents such as IPC, AMM, MOD, APM, CMM.
**Graduate/ Diploma holders having Postgraduation in Supply Chain management will be preferred.

- Advance Excel with expert skills in Pivot, Vlookup.
- Presentation skills with PPT preparation and data collation expertise.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed, result oriented, with attention to detail.
