Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager – Supply Chain, Part Sales

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Aviation operations specific to Procurement, Logistics activities for Customers/ Operators and for own stock.
  • Possess experience of working with different OEM portals like Textron, Embraer, Gulfstream, Honeywell, Williams etc basically for Business Aviation sector.
  • To assist in Part clearance – including responding to queries from Customs and handling Freight Forwarders etc.
  • Assist seniors in developing and implementing strategies to boost the sale of aircraft parts.
  • Establish a robust network within the aviation industry, including private aircraft owners, and aircraft manufacturers.
  • Track market trends including competitive activity and industry regulations.
  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities via networking, industry events, and referrals/ Research market to identify new customers and opportunities.
  • Handle major projects inclusive but not limited to Avionics MODS, Aircraft painting, Landing Gear, and Propeller overhaul etc.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to Sales, Commercials with all considerations.
  • Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure return of core units, indents raised by planning, alternate parts nos if applicable, major checks etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and required customer information.
  • Offer post-sales support and handle customer complaints and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduation (any)/ Dip. in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering/ Aeronautical engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Aviation Supply Chain, especially in Repair Management, Warranty Management & Procurement, with knowledge of logistics is preferred.
  • Familiarisation with aircraft documents such as IPC, AMM, RSPL, MOD, APM, CMM is required with aircraft’s MODS.
  • Knowledge of Customs clearance, CHA handling, INCO terms is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Advance Excel with expert skills in Pivot, Vlookup.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed, result oriented, with attention to detail.
