Sr. Technical Officer/ Tech. Officer/ Jr. Tech. Officer – 145 Planning
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare scheduled and unscheduled work orders.
- Coordinate with CAMO for work order issuance in a timely manner.
- Plan the availability of tools and manpower as per business requirement.
- Coordinate with customers for indents and for positioning tools and material as per specific tasks.
- Facilitate tools and material availability for defect rectifications in consultation with certifying staff.
- Scrutinize documents ensuring their correct completion, jointly with certifying staff.
- Receive/ dispatch requisite documentation from/to CAMO teams, for timely closures in ERP.
Qualifications - Candidate must have a Diploma/ Graduate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Aeronautical engineering.
- Applicant must possess minimum of 2-years' work experience in a 145 Planning Department.
- Prior airline and/or MRO-related experience preferred.
- Able to leverage systems and processes to accelerate maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and Quality systems.
Skills Required - Candidate must have strong technical background and possess deep understanding of a CAR-145 organization.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed, result-oriented, with attention to detail.
- Possess sufficient knowledge and understanding of Business Aviation (General Aviation) maintenance planning, forecasting, and packaging.
