Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare scheduled and unscheduled work orders.
• Coordinate with CAMO for work order issuance in a timely manner.
• Plan the availability of tools and manpower as per business requirement.
• Coordinate with customers for indents and for positioning tools and material as per specific tasks.
• Facilitate tools and material availability for defect rectifications in consultation with certifying staff.
• Scrutinize documents ensuring their correct completion, jointly with certifying staff.
• Receive/ dispatch requisite documentation from/to CAMO teams, for timely closures in ERP.
  
  Qualifications
• Candidate must have a Diploma/ Graduate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Aeronautical engineering.
• Applicant must possess minimum of 2-years' work experience in a 145 Planning Department.
• Prior airline and/or MRO-related experience preferred.
• Able to leverage systems and processes to accelerate maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and Quality systems.
  
  Skills Required
• Candidate must have strong technical background and possess deep understanding of a CAR-145 organization.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed, result-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Possess sufficient knowledge and understanding of Business Aviation (General Aviation) maintenance planning, forecasting, and packaging.
