Air Works India and its affiliate companies ( “Air Works Group”) would like to notify the general public, including students and aspiring applicants responding to employment opportunities released by the Air Works Group from time to time or otherwise, to exercise extreme caution and avoid falling prey to unscrupulous elements who may mislead them by promising confirmed internships/ trainings/ employment with Air Works Group, while posing as employees/ representatives of the Air Works Group including SA Air Works Pvt. Ltd. and Acumen Aviation.

Such elements may reach out to candidates via telephone calls, postal correspondence, online job portals, mobile applications, social media tools and/or using e-mails with domain names that either appear or sound similar to Air Works. The modus operandi includes soliciting money directly or via monetary advances or deposits in certain bank accounts, in return for guarantees towards securing work, employment or training engagements with the Air Works Group.

Candidates must note that all such individuals are unauthorizedly using our name, trademark, domain name and the logo of the Air Works Group with a malicious intent, with a view to damage our reputation. We advise everyone to be vigilant and not fall prey to such fraudulent activities. At the same time, we would like to categorically state that anyone dealing or entertaining such fake calls/ engagements with these elements would be doing so at his/ her own risk and the Air Works Group shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner for any loss or damage suffered by such persons, directly or indirectly and bears no responsibility for any amounts being deposited / withdrawn there from in response to such offers.

It may be noted that Air Works Group undertakes all forms of recruitment directly, without any agents/ representatives. We have neither appointed nor authorized any person or agency to offer jobs or employment to any per person on our behalf, or to issue any letters or act on our behalf or use our name, trademark and logo/websites for canvassing such applications. We promote meritocracy and have never sought, under any circumstance, any monetary gains or contributions of similar nature, from potential employees/ job seekers/ candidates/ applicants, either in advance or retrospectively, for hiring purposes.
